Rules governing your use of Assistpedia Store, including orders, payments, marketplace listings, and your relationship with us and our sellers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of https://store.assistpedia.com and related services operated by Assistpedia ("Platform", "we", "us"). By browsing, registering, or placing an order, you ("User", "you", "Buyer") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

2. Marketplace Model

Assistpedia operates as an e-commerce marketplace. Products may be sold directly by Assistpedia ("Platform products") or by independent third-party sellers ("Seller products"). Your contract for Seller products is with the respective seller; Assistpedia facilitates the transaction, payment collection (where applicable), and logistics coordination as an intermediary/platform service provider.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. We may suspend accounts with false or misleading information.
  • Sign-in may be provided through third-party authentication (e.g. Google). Your use is also subject to that provider's terms.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation of a valid Cash on Delivery (COD) order.
  • We may cancel or refuse orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or policy violations. If payment was collected, a refund will be initiated as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.
  • Combo/bundle offers, coupons, wallet redemption, and promotional discounts are subject to their specific terms and eligibility rules shown at checkout.

5. Payments

We support payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD (where available), and Assistpedia wallet coins. Online payments are processed by authorised payment aggregators. You agree to provide valid payment authorisation and not to use stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.

6. Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and serviceability are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the eligibility shown on the product and order pages at the time of purchase. Product-level cancellation and return settings may apply.

7. Wallet & Promotional Coins

  • Assistpedia wallet coins have no cash value outside the Platform unless expressly stated.
  • Coins may be earned through qualifying purchases, reviews, or promotions and redeemed up to the limit shown at checkout.
  • Coins may expire or be adjusted for reversals (returns, cancellations, or fraud) as described in the Wallet section of your account.
  • We may modify or discontinue wallet programmes with reasonable notice where required.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with site security, scrape data without permission, or overload our systems.
  • Post false reviews, manipulate ratings, or resell products in violation of seller or brand restrictions.
  • Circumvent seller or Platform policies, including bulk ordering for unauthorised resale where restricted.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements are owned by Assistpedia or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to access the Platform for personal shopping. Seller product images and descriptions remain the property of respective rights holders.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order in the preceding three (3) months, except where liability cannot be limited under consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection remedies, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. You may also seek remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before appropriate forums.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
